Just wondering what you guys are using.

I got a RNT Kelly Powers goose call, Cutt Down 911 patriot call, Primos shaved reed (my first call) and another Cutt Down. I'm fixin to get rid of the Cutt Down and get me a Zink.

What do Y'all have?

i now call for freestyle they make a great call. i used to blow a tru-tone. either one is a great choice. as for tim grounds calls they are hard to blow out of the box if u don't already know how to blow a call. and if it is your first call or u can't tune a call it is a bad choice because it will need to be tuned to fit you. so for a first call i recommend a short reed tru-tone poly-carb. they are inexpensive and they aren't out yet to buy in stores, but if u want one e-mail. me and i can get you one. my e-mail is [email protected].

I use a goose flute but really need to switch to an Acrylic. I have heard the switch is extremely difficult to make. Becuase of the prssure and teh way flute callers cut off their air. Anyone have any calls they recommend trying that would make the switch easier or possible I have the foiles straight meat but the only thing I can go is attract fox right now. I just got it though when I hunted with him last weekend.

I'm blowing a FOILES right now and like it just fine. Had a T.G. half breed for a while, and hated it! A guy from lincoln is making the Mother Clucker right now, and it is one of the best short reeds I've heard, and it's priced much nicer too!($100)

I first purchased the tim grounds super mag a few years ago, a I like it a lot. This year i was looking for something a more, so i bought a Greg Keats Shaman, and am extremely happy with it. It is loud, mellow, and easy to blow. I still have the Grounds, in case i ever need it for a back up, but never do.
