I am flying into Regina at the end of Oct. (Oct. 20th) and I am hunting with an outfitter about 140 miles north of Regina. I just had a couple of questions for any of you Canada boys out there.

- What kinds of geese are you seeing this time of year, ie. Snows, Blues, Canadians, ross... I am just looking for an idea.

- What are the bag limits. Geese/Ducks/Cranes

-What is the weather tipically like this time of year.

I know that I can ask my outfitter but sometimes it's nice to get the perspective of a local. Any tips would help. Thanks.

Well I returned on Sunday and had one of the best hunts of my life. I have never shot nor seen so many geese in three days. Each mornign we shot our limit of specks/cranes and shot plenty of snows and canadas. It was a great trip. Hunting around Swift Current in Sk and it was awesome. The weather was great for goose hunting as well. Hunting in fog two mornign and clouds and wind then other. There was also about 4 inches of snow on the ground. We had birds coming in from all directions. All I can say is that we'll definatly be back next year.
