Need more info, were you hunting land or water? If you weren't on the X, were you between the roost and the X spot? What was the weather and your set up?
The geese were plentiful, but
Ok , check this out had about 300 geese and around 200 ducks but they werent interested in decoys calls nothing. I mean to tell you we had big foots out ghg, robo dux, you name it we had them all out. Nothing, i mean the birds would look at us from about 100 yrds up but wouldnt commit, it was the worst day i have ever had for opening day, just wondering what yall thought might have been the cause.
