We've never gone that far north for snows. We wait for them to come down to Saskatchewan the first two weeks of October. Are there some still there at the beginning of Sept? Where do you commercially fly into?
snows on hudson bay
considering one last go at snows third week of may on hudson bay if i can handle the airfare from florida; appreciate info and comments from anyone who has done a spring or fall hunt; also considering sep.1-10,2005 time frame. thanks,jp, lakeland, fl.

fly into winnipeg , then churchill; webber lodge folks pick you up in a beaver to dymond lake, just one i am looking at; season is to sep. 15, i think? but first 10 days recommended; i posted for info since have never waterfowl hunted that far north; would be a great early start!
