Luckily I know someone with a lease. Rochester goose hunting has been great the past couple weeks. I've heard different quotes as to the numbers, but somewhere along the lines of 100K-300K dark geese.

Pressure has been pretty heavy, but enough birds to make it worthwhile.

Your talking about Rochester, MN? I have hunted that town for 17 years now and have never heard the DNR guess at more then 30,000-35,000 max. I think it averages about 20-25,000 at peak these days.
