It is dry in SK and AB and wet in MB farming areas. More inportant---it may be a total bust for the young in the artic this summer----many are not yet or have lost their nests to extremely wet/cold conditions in the Hudsons Bay area of the breeding grounds due to a stagnant low pressure system sitting over southern Hudson Bay for months now. It has yet to warm up yet up there! Preliminary reports are citing "very Poor to fair" across the artic

But it is warmer to the west toward sYukon/Alasaka breeding areas. So Pacific flyway and parts of the central flyway should be ok, but the MS and Atlantic and parts of the Central are abust the way it looks
