I have not heard anything about the new Tru Glo chokes. I shoot choke tubes made by Carlson. They haveperformed quite well for me. I use them for all the birds I shoot and then pattern very good out of my gun. You may want to try one. However, I personally know the guy who designed them so I am sort of partial to them. But sorry I havn't heard anything about the new Tru Glo chokes.

I've asked about them on a few forums, and the only answers I got were of the positive nature. These tubes aren't well known so not many people buy them. Gotta like the idea of changing your shot pattern without changing tubes....very handy.

I haven't used the choke either but I have used it's predecesor, the Poly-Choke. The old Poly was a bulbous thing, ugly as a mud fence in the best of circumstances but it did work. The Tru-Glo is nothing new under the sun as an idea, but it certainly is more attractive, and if it works as well as the old Poly-Choke it could be a valuable item for a utilitarian minded guy.
