I personally haven't tried one, but many have claimed issues with customer service. I would avoid anything MG myself for that reason. If you want a quality delrin call, I highly recommend looking at Legendary Gear

I got an Old Man in delrin from Legendary a couple months ago.....tuned deep. It's easily the best sounding shoreline goose call I've ever owned!

Can I ask what the problem you had with it was? I have an acrylic triumph and a delrin go2 and really love them both. I haven't had to use their customer service for anything so I can't speak to that, but I do know Scott answers the phone when people call, so that has to count for something.
