I think you have enough upright heads. I would personally go with feeders. This will give you a 1 to 4 ratio roughly and should be pretty good you could even thin this down more in the future.
A 1 to 10 ratio would be even better. Real geese have their heads up when they are ready to split!
Just wanted to add a question to this. Are lookers a most for a spread or can you get away with only feeders or other poses?
I am going to disagree with everyone else. Buy six feeders and six lookers. Use the feeders in you "main" spread and then use your six lookers about ten yards downwind of your spread. This gives the impression of a small flock of monster honkers that have just landed and are walking in to feed. The great big lookers look like old, wise birds - there is not a better confidence decoy! This is a super deadly combination.
I would like to have a ratio of 3 feeders to 1 looker in my spread.

Thats what I do and it works great. I always set about 6 "walkers" in my spread.
agree with them more feeders the better i prefer no more than 2-3 upright per dozen.
I like to run close to a 50/50 spread feeders/actives and 1 or 2 high lookers per doz. especialy when hunting the bigger geese.
The more goose watching I do I see alot more geese in the upright, resting and sleeper positions out in the field especialy later in the year.
just my 2 cents.
I SEEM TO SEE ALOT OF FEEDERS AND ABOUT THREE LOOKERS PER DOZEN IN MY GOOSE SCOUTING
