House For Rent in Missouri

We are renting out our farm house near Sumner, Missouri. The house is located 2 miles from Swan Lake National Wildlife Refuge, 15 minutes from Fountain Grove Conservation Area, 45 minutes from Grand Pass Conservation Area. This area can hold 300,000+ ducks in the fall and also holds geese as well. Swan Lake National Wildlife Refuge is in a major flyway in the spring for snow geese on their way back north and can hold several hundred thousand birds when conditions are right.
For folks coming down to hunt the public draw areas, if you don't draw on there is a pond that sits in the middle of a 120 acre field and being only a couple miles from Swan Lake, waterfowl can be killed on the pond fairly easily. You can hunt the pond and field if need be.
The house has stove/oven, fridge, beds, cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. Has a mud room where you can hang waders and a couple barns if you need to get stuff out of the elements. Price is $100/night for up to four people, $20 for each additional. Will also rent out by the week for $600 for up to four guys, same additional rate applies to extras. Would be willing to work out a rate for a guide who is in the area for extended periods of time in the fall or spring.
The area is known for its waterfowl and big deer, plenty of turkey around as well.
Please note, this is not a commercial venture, merely trying to help pay bills when we are not there.
