I promised to review my experience with the Decoycartz Honker Hauler once I had used it for hunting geese. It's turned out to be everything it's advertised to be and allows me to comfortably carry all my decoys, blinds, guns and gear any distance thru open fields. It's lightweight (50 lbs. or so), strong and easily pulled behind one man, or pulled/pushed by a hunting party. It's saved my bacon, as a lone hunter most of the time, and allows me to "one trip" as much gear and decoys to my hunting spots and back as I want, with minimum effort. Although you can break it down to 1'x3x5' by pulling four connector pins, I've found it's better for me in cold hands weather to move it away from my spread and throw some lightweight camo cover onto it. Worth the cost for me.

I two am a solo hunter and I can't drive on my fields. I have been searching for a cart to haul my full bodies and the only thing I could find that remotly looked big enough was the honker hauler. I coulden't find any reviews online and was hesatent to spend that kind of cash. Finly broke down and ordered it. It came in yesterday and I assembled it last night. It looks great. I cant wait to load it up. I have the mag kit and I am going to try and make a dry run tonight if I have time. Early christmass. I feel like I am 5 waiting for santa.

Calabria69... I'm lovin' your DIY cart. Simple, straight ahead solution. I just went commercial for the lightweight, 26" bike wheel, all terrain needs I face in my Ontario hunting conditions; a bit more demanding than the background field in your photo. Have fun, good hunting!

Sawdust... Two suggestions; tape a couple of extra pins (both sizes) to the frame and push the pins all the way on to the circular end. I successfully and more easily pull my cart by myself using a deer dragging chest harness. Have fun...good hunting!

Thanks for the sugestions. I used the cart for the first time this mourning. It rolled vary easly but i thought i would be able to fit more in it. It is vary large but on the web sight it showed the decoy bags fitting in better. I am going to try taking all my decoys out of the bags and larying them in and placing a pice of fabric in between layers to reduce rubbing. I have a trailer that I would like to haul the cart on full of decs. i hope I can leve all the decoys in the cart all the time than just roll it on and off the trailer. My only delema is how to tye down the cart without torquing it to bad. Maby some heavy duty kick stands?

I always keep extra pins handy for my 500 lb. capacity Big Game cart and I secure all push pins, split pins and cotter type pins that don't get removed a lot with a small zip tie...keeps those sucker right where they should be and not lying in a field somewhere...

DSM16428... Great zip tie tip... I'm doing it.

Saw dust... I just strap it to my trailer off all four corners, fully loaded, cover with a tarp if necessary and go. I only carry 12 FB's, 30 silos and 18 shells + 1 or 2 layouts and assr't gear. Works for me, although I like the kickstand idea. Have fun.

Defenatly putting some zip ties on the axil pins. I used it yesterday in corn stuble. i lost two pins just getting to the pit. Im glad I had extra clips. I bent the ends of the clips out like a cotter pin so I could get back to the truck. Its my third trip with the hauler and Im lovin it. Long walks on state land with 3 doz full bodies and 2 doz shells a finish flapper and 5 1/2 doz reel geese. I dont forsee me needing to remove the tires vary often. I was thinking it may be worth drilling the end of the axil taping it than put a bolt with a fender washer on with some thread lock.
