slice goose breast in half, soak in salt water for 4 hours,,
mix garlic, italian seasoning,"not italian dressing" and red wine.. rinse goose breast, place in a zip lock bag with the ingredients, marinate for 2 hours, cook on the grill,
to cut down on the marinate time. use a vacuum packer,
don't over cook them..
