New to forum & just posted a decoy question yesterday, but have one on weather for you experienced guys. I am relativiely new to the sport, and I know blue bird days have the birds holding up once the sun starts shining hard, but what can I expect in Eagle Lake area of TX this weekend with the oncoming rain prediction? Hate to waste the last weekend for specks, but don't want to waste it sitting in the rain, either.

Rainy weather gives YOU the hunter the advantage. It messes with their visibility. It can be miserable to hunt though, as you and all of your gear gets wet. Make sure to clean your gun IMMEDIATELY after the hunt to protect against rust.

If the weather gets nasty...don't delay!!! Go do it!
