Fajitas

We just took a bunch of geese we shot here in Oklahoma and made fajitas. We altered the other recipie here and cut the breast in strips and soaked them in salt water over night. Then marinated in Southwestern Seasoning and pan fried lightly. Absolutely delicious. Some of the tree huggers in the squadron here wolfed them down and never knew the difference.
