Me and the lil brother were talking, and he says that it is stupid to buy silos to hunt snows with. He says cause they usually approach from straight up and just keep circling down that they would never see my silos. That is just our experience with how snow geese decoys. What does everybody else think? Should I buy some and make some of my own or will I just be pi$$ing into the wind?

well if you want add lots of decoys why make our own silos there cheap and easy to transport in the fields it'S good way to add lots of decoys to our speard you could use 1/4 luan

Well socks with silos are awfully nice. What I do NOT like about socks is they all face the same direction. So the shadows(silos) give the flock dimension. As for your brothers comment, sounds like maybe he has limited experience hunting and is guessing vs basing his comment on experience.

Many use Coriplast for the body (corragated plastic).
