There are a couple of things that you can do to be able to use your honker decoys for snows.
You can buy goose gloves to cover them up.
You can use tube socks to cover the heads and use them as Eagle Head (blues).
You can make your own cover for them.
If you are going to use an e-caller be sure to check your local regs to see if you can use the caller with non-all-white decoys.
In the fall when all of the geese are in the air we will set up honkers 30-40 yds away from the snow decoys and have them both come in.
