Cut all of the fat off of three breasts, cube the meat. Let the cubes soak in saltwater overnight in the fridge, takes away the gamey-ness flavor.
Combine the cubes of goose breast, along with 1 cup of cream of mushroom soup condensed and a can of water. After one-two hours, add 2 peeled and cubed potatoes and a cup of mini carrots.
After 6-8 hours in the crockpot with the heat setting on low, with a lot of stirring inbetween to prevent burning, check the meat to see if it's cooked. If everythings done, salt and spice to taste.
