Calling Big Flocks of Geese

Hi I am new to the forum. I read this forum everyday and I have found a lot of these things helpful. I do have a question to ask and it is about calling in bigger flocks of geese. Here in central Illinois it seems like all the geese are in flocks of 60 to 150 birds. I can get the geese to come check out my spread, but they will not commit. I don't think it is my decoy setup because every once in a while there will be a group of 3 or 4 (only like 2 per hunting season) and they come in evertime. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to get some birds to break off of the big group and commit to my spread. Any suggestions would help.
Thanks in advance.

Unless you are where they want to be you will have a real hard time bringing in those big flocks. You can counter this by putting out a huge spread, flagging, and making lots of noise but it still may not work for the bigger groups. Early in the season you may have more success with this because of the uneducated juveniles.

Your best bet would probably be to watch where they go and set up there.

Good Luck! :)
We are planning on going tomorrow morning if the weather holds. I will drive around tonight and see what fields they are landing in.
Thanks for the advice! :)
