September Early Goose

How did everyone fair for the early goose opener? We ended up with 3 this morning but very little was flying at all. Heard that northern MN got a few migrators in today with the cooler temps as well.

Northern Mn was AWESOME. We shot a limit of 6 guys with two band. We hunt 6 miles from the Canadian border. Never a full moment today. We got one flock of migrators. Good luck to the rest of you. Hopefully you get your holiday off on the right foot tomorrow(; whack em and stack em! :P

I got a feeling every time a cool north wind blows this month there will be new birds.

How's it been going for you guys?

We're somewhere around 40 over the last 2 weekends. Holy hell, it's been hot. Hopefully we won't have to deal with any more 90 degree hunts.
