Hey ya i got a dozen of the greenhead shells there great. the one and only problem with them is that they stack weird. But thats no problem. I wish there where more feeders in a pack of them though.

Shoot a gun and it's fun. Shoot a bird with a gun then it's really fun. Rolling Eyes

I am buying a dozen this week( $ 90 right now at bass pro) i am also getting the motion stakes to make them look like FB. I have the GHG FB and don't like them a bit the paint isn't holding up and the foot bases suck. But i hear the paint on the shells holds up better, well see how it works. I'll let you know.

I own a dozen of these awesome shells, they are not flaking one bit yet, and I've owned them for 2 full seasons now, must be luck. I just bought a dozen stakes for them, but really like keeping them as shells for very realistic laying geese.

I have 2 dozen and they look great. I have motion stakes for them and they work really well. I don't like how the head goes into the body, but It is not really a problem. They do stack weird (on an angle). I would buy them again.

I have some 2003 shells. Paint is holding up very well, and they look great. I drilled them for motion stakes and am impressed with how they move.

I have two dozen. I think they work well. They do stack horribly though. They get heavy if you have to carry them...which I only do if I have to do it! Out of the 24, I have one that has some minor paint problems, but I don't think it's anything major. I'm going to get motion stakes for them. If they work, I'll slowly add more to my spread along with some FB's. I think they look great in the field. Probably the best shell out there right now.

I bought some last year and love them. Although if your going to use the motion stakes make sure you trust your friends to help or don't ask them. I have two that sit a little slanted, they are now the sleeper shells, just take your time and you will love the outcome.

We have 3 dozen and are selling the rest of our other shells to get more of them and some GHG full bodies. NO problems with paint but as was said they stack goofy. Late season last year with the on a day that was butt-cold the all the sleeper heads were deadly. They are good to go.

and why can't you??

GHG shells are great if you take care of them and use them right..shells are deadly in the late season..My group and others i know love them. read Fred Zinks write up on why shells are so good in the late season.

We have 2 doz sleeper shells. They are the heaviest mofos I have ever had to lug around. We dug the G&H shells back out and use them if we cant drive in.

to upload pics go to www.photobucket.com
Then you can just link the pics here and they show up in the thread.

I'll agree they're heavy, G&H are lighter.. i like the colors on the GHG's a little more then the G&H, but they both look like geese, sleeper shells are great come late season when it freezes over.
