Weird that I don't see Higdons on the survey list. Awesome detail, tough as nails, and generally a good price for a great decoy.

Yeah well, you could do that on Master's pay!! lol I would settle for 3 dozen Big Foots or Higdons right now. I got rid of my Hardcores this summer...just too shiny for me. Now I'm running 6 dozen higdon and GHG shells. Geese don't seem to care if they're shells or not, but man 3...or 4 dozen FB's would sure be nice! Hopefully the GF is getting me some GHG FF FB's for Xmas. Then I'll only have to buy 4...or 5 more dozen for myself. Yes, I have a problem. I bought all my decoys on senior airman pay. Of course a deployment to the desert helped off set those costs a tad too. Figured it was a good gift for myself for not dying lol.

Oh I was making 2500 a month ish as an E-4. I make just over 3500 now as an E-5. Those Iraqi TCN's are always touching you, it gets annoying after awhile.

So with those 8 dozen...how much did the tractor trailer cost that you carry them in??? :rolling:

Redhead are junk. :lame: Doesnt even look like a goose decoy. Even more when it sits next to a Big foot or a ghg.

I made my own trailer, cost me $1500 for the flatbed trailer w/ 5500lb axles and then I built walls out of 2x4's, 4x8 osb and trim coil. I have $650 invested in that. So total purchase price was around $2150.

Here is a link to my trailer.

It's been a nice little pick up so far. I like my duramax a lot more though.

I personally dont have any decoys....yet  but one of the guys I hunt with has a ton. Every time we go out, we put out close to 20 dozen shells and full bodies. And he is a field staffer for dakota decoys so he gets a small discount on them  But dakotas are awesome decoys. When it gets to the middle of the season like it is right now in MO, he doesnt even bag them. Just gently makes a large pile of them in his trailer :rolling:

If I buy dakota's I'll probably bag them, they may not need it but I will still do it.
