I have a 16 foot Smoker Craft Stinger fishing boat that I would like to use for waterfowl hunting.
I do not want to repaint the boat.
Are there any blinds I can use that will cover the entire boat?
Just be careful with too much grass, burlap etc. hanging into the water. I've heard of a few boats either taking on water or flipping when it all freezes on one side of the boat.
I never really tried that approach, hunting from the boat. My friend tried that and found out quickly that hunting from a land base is better. We hunt the CT river, and there are a few islands to choose from. Not sure where you are, but here the islands are all fair game and no permission is required.
