Instead of checking for bands first, you should have dispatched that cripple.

How old is the Black dog... looks to be fairly young....did a great job and really got some work :thumbsup: Looks like you guys had a Blast! Nice carmera work too,I might add!

Thanks, we had a blast that morning. The black lab is about 2 1/2 years old. I'm pretty proud of him because I trained him myself and we are almost done with our SR. test. I also have a young 7 month old yellow lab female I am working with. She is coming along nicely. Hope to try for her Jr test this late summer or early fall. If all goes well I hope to breed the two after Sadie (the female) turns two and her OFA test comes back alright. Until then we will keep training and keep our fingers crossed.

Yes, unfortunately you are probably right about the cripple bird. But we took care of him pretty quick the bird I was checking was the cripple bird.

Dux, notice you are listed as central Va. where do ya live??? I live just south of Richmond in Chesterfield! How about you???? We may be neighbors and not even know it :lol:

Cool, you are just a litte north of me, guess you'd call it northern central VA. :rolling: I do a lit hunting up in your neck of the woods...on occasion :thumbsup: Pretty country :beer:
