That is a tough hunt not many guys do it, you have to sit in layout boat in 30' of water in temperatures well below freezing. You are pretty much guranteed a limit though (4 birds). Try duck hunting chat I know there are some guys from that part of the province on there.

How about a sea duck hunt in Montauk NY. Can't be February. Our season ends in January
