These are for duck but I am sure you can use Goose.
I think I have one for Pep Sticks but I am trying to perfect it.

i am on board with new ways to cook geese here we just make soup and I pour hot pepper in my soup bowl as it too hot for the little people but looking to freeze the breasts for winter treats when its cold Kim
