New Trailer Need setup ideas....

Postby bighunter2200 » Mon Mar 14, 2011 11:21 pm

I recently just bought a 6x12 Pace enclosed trailer, looking for some ideas to setup the inside. I want to keep it as organized as possible and maybe still fit a fourwheeler in there with all the gear. I have 9-10 dozen big feet and 4 layouts. Any ideas will help!

Can't help with how to's, but I can pass on some info that I learned. I screwed hooks into the walls and tried hangin my Bigfoot's and Higdon's by the feet. Because of the summer heat all the legs and foot bases warped. Never did go back to original.

I have a 6x12 and I too haul my atv..... It takes up a lot of space. I started hanging my deeks from rods in the ceiling and have shelves across the front also. I still do but I found it better to simply slot bag them and pile em on the floor in front of and on top of the ATV.

I have shelf system down the left side of my 6x12 trailer. Takes up a little room but keeps everything nice and neat. When my blind is broken down it obviously takes up less room. My decoy stands are shown in the back but the go way up front completely out of the way. The shelve's sides are removable so you pop em up to put the deeks on top shelve then put them back into place so they dont fall off the shelf. Basically all floor space in open. Shows 1 decoy bag on floor but that bags is normally under the shelf. I believe there is 6 1/2 dozen full body ghg's stored in there.

Too be honest I think you are going to have a hard time fitting 10 dozen big foots and a quad in a 6x12 trailer. Bigfoots take up alot of room as is, then a quad too. I'm sure it can be done somehow but I dont think it's going to be that easy, especially nice and neat. just my opinion. In the pics that I posted above there are 6 dozen + all stored in bags, some lessers too and they take up half the trailer. Bigfoots take up alot more room that ghg, especially 10 dozen.

Thanks for all the info, might just have to leave the 4-wheeler out to fit everything in there.
