New Trailer Comes Tomorrow! pics up

I am so excited, my new goose hunting trailer will be delivered by a buddy from work tomorrow. It is a 6X12 Cargo Express that he has used to haul his Harley. The trailer is in great condition and has few miles for being a 1999.

I am going to get started on a shelving system for DSD's. I am going to build shelves that have dowels to fit into the bodies so that they don't fall off in the fields. I have a good idea how I am going to space them, but don't know how to attatch the system to the side of the trailer. Liquid nails perhaps?

Anyways, can't wait to get started. I need this thing to hold 60 DSD lessers and 24 Honkers. Won't have the decoys until DSD starts making them again so construction will have to wait until May or June.

I would be curious to see how it's built as well.

Well it got here and I now have the title in hand! The side panels on the inside were a little thinner then I hoped, but at worst I'll replace them. It pulls great and is now in my storage lot. I'll have to wait to get my decoys here to get measurments for the dowel spacing, but the shelves might be able to be built sooner.

I'll post some pictures of the trailer as it is now.

They always look so much bigger empty. Then you put all your gear in there and suddenly it's not that big anymore. I have same size trailer. I have shelves going down the side. Takes up more room but keeps bags nice and neat. trailers are fun projects.
If I was a goose I would want to land in my decoys.

How did you attatch your shelves? I am thinking I need to remove the cheesy thin plywood and attatch some real plywood to the "studs".

Thoughts?
