Postby kandahar » Fri Oct 28, 2011 2:07 am

My wife gave a friend 2 fresh geese unplucked and next day to show his gratitude he brought over a cooked one done oriental style
with chopped with skin on up goose winglets and drumsticks, kidney, heart and liver and even the gizzard in the stew prepped with ginger, garlic water lotus root, mushrooms, mok gnee and vietnam thick noodles and some brandy and herbs, soya and oyster sauce. It stewed in a quart of water in a crock pot for about four hour served with four half cooked eggss and my son ate half a goose as he heard it was prepped up by the guys twin daughters whom he will meet soon as my wife said they were pretty good looking.
