Postby cut_un » Mon Jul 20, 2009 5:50 pm

Guys, want to invite you guys...the future of our sport... to get involved early on, join the ranks of the Vawfa. Why you ask????? First, you will be helping saveand also just maybe helping improve duck and goose hunting as we know it . Second, you WILL get back far more than you give! We are always planning youth duck& goose hunts each season, various workshops, group hunts in addition to all the other activities that go on each year.

Check us out :welcome: WWW.VAWFA.ORG

hi my name is bryce and i am 14 i love hunting geese but my dad doesnt hunt very much so i have had to learn and do many hunts on my own and i have been guiding myself for 4 years i have almost become just as good as a experienced veteran with calling and shooting my longest shot i ever made was 50 yards.

Great young gooser, you did not mention where you live but I bet you have a local waterfowl organization in your area that would/could offer you ,not only a few pals to hang with ,but someone that could help fill in all the blanks, when and if they arise  Glad you hear you are enjoying this great sport :welcome: :welcome:

One thing I'm not too great at is calling. I'm decent with a duck call but a goose call isn't my "calling"
