Get em locked up calls

Postby sweet talker » Thu Dec 15, 2011 8:33 pm

I got a gettin locked up call. its one of the best calls i ve ever blown. its acrilic and easy to tune to how you want it too sound. they aren't very popular yet because they are kind of pricey and not well known but they ll catch on because it s a quality call like a zink or sean mann. i started off blowing a sean mann sweet talker but when i got this call it became my main man because it sounds amazing

i got one an i gotta say im not impressed with it. I bought it as my first acyrlic call back when i didnt know any better. not a fan of the guts at all. the bore is huge, so finding another set of guts to fit in it is tough. BUT i did call in and kill my first goose with it. its ashame, its a nice looking call and feels good in my hands but sounds like junk. have shaved the reed, bent the tip up, messed with the tone board and still nothing.ohh well, ill find a set of guts some day

I have to agree with you. i dont use this call in the field because it requires so much air. I had all my call s on my lanyard and the guts fell out it. I am currently looking to find a brand of guts that will fit

Anything .625 will fit. Or any .618 gut with a Victoria Honker/SR-1(@webfootcustomcalls.com) wedge

Ten times zero is still zero  j/k... A change in a set of guts is the only thing standing in the way of being a decent call  Now wait until you start swapping guts in and out of every call you have! :rolling: It's a never ending process and probably more draining on the wallet than just buying calls!!!

Agreed 100%!!! I honestly don't think I have a call that hasn't had the original guts swapped out. I don't know why I do it, but I switch the guts about once a week.
